Ralph Gordon II Named Pacific Conference Player of the Week

The Southern California Football Association has named Santa Monica College's Ralph Gordon II the Pacific Conference Special Teams/All-Purpose Player of the Week.

The sophomore wide receiver from Westchester High had 187 all-purpose yards in last week's 45-34 victory over San Bernardino Valley, including returning four kickoffs for 141 yards.

Gordon is the first Corsair to named Player of the Week this year. He also had 46 yards receiving with a touchdown reception in the game.

For the year, Gordon has returned eight kickoffs for 230 yards along with eight receptions for 123 yards and two touchdowns.

Santa Monica (2-1) hosts rival West Los Angeles College at home on Saturday.
