The Corsair scoring was led by a group of freshman as running back Trevontai Thompson led the team in rushing with 70 yards and a touchdown and quarterback Zach Yanda completed a touchdown pass to Kahlid Booker. Tariq Brown, another freshman, led the team in receiving including a 37 yard pass deep down the left sideline.

Compton College scored their only points of the game in the 3rd quarter after a fumble recovery that was returned for a touchdown.  Compton College went for a 2-point conversion but the Santa Monica College defense kept them out of the end zone.
