The 2024 season marks Ricardo Enriquez's inaugural year as an assistant coach at Santa Monica College. His volleyball journey began at SMC, where he played from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Ricardo transferred to the University of Jamestown in North Dakota, training under Olympic gold medalist Riley Salmon and seasoned coach Travers Dallas Cox. He completed his dual degree in Business Administration and Graphic Design in 2023.

Having lived the challenges and thrills of the volleyball world across junior college and at the four-year level, Ricardo knows the essence of teamwork and the drive needed to win. Away from the volleyball court, Ricardo is a part-time Graphic Designer for a cybersecurity company and has aspirations of establishing a successful business.
