SMC Women's Basketball bounced back from a close loss at Santa Ana College (67-64) with a resounding 95-65 victory over Santa Barbara City College.   The Corsairs came out on fire from the field and led 31-16 in the first quarter.   SMC dominated the game defensively as well, forcing 26 turnovers as well. 

SMC had four players in double figures as Lauren Davis (26 points 9 rebounds, 8 assists), Jessica Melamed (25 points off the bench), Katya Echavez (20 points, 5 assists) and Mosou Secka (17 points, 6 steals) led the way to victory. 

The Corsairs return to action in the Palomar College Tournament November 16 - 18, 2016.
