The SMC Women's Basketball celebrated their 2018- 2019 season at Dave and Busters Restaurant at the Annual Team Banquet. Family and friends of the program attended the event. The following awards were celebrated:
All Western State Selections: Nina Gazzo (Hamilton High), Mariam Moges (Santa Monica) and Ariana Quintana (Taft High)
Academic Deans List (Nina Gazzo, Ariana Quintana)
SMC Associate Degree: Angelina Moreno (Santa Monica High) transferring to USD.
Transfer student: Liliana Lopez (University High) transferring to Cal State Northridge.
Sophomore awards: Luna Rivera, Angelina Moreno, Liliana Lopez
