The Santa Monica College Corsairs traveled to Glendale College due to the Getty fires instead of having a home match.   In spite of the disappointment of not playing at Corsair stadium,  SMC took a 1-0 lead in the 23rd minute of play when Dayli Ramos finished off a pass from Narumi Kamiya. In the first half, the Corsairs tallied an additional 21 shots with 12 of those being on goal, but still went into halftime with just a 1-0 lead.

Glendale came out with energy in the second half and scored to tie the game 1-1 in the 48th minute. The Corsairs answered back by adding 2 additional goals by Ramos and Ceirra Little, both assisted by Skylar Vorhees. SMC finished the game winning to cap off another Western State Conference win and improve their record to 7-1-1 in conference and 10-3-3 overall. Taylor Brown got the win in goal.

The Corsairs travel to College of the Canyons Friday November 1 for a 5:30 p.m. match.
