On Friday, April 10, 2015, at Ventura College, the Western State Conference's "Player of the Year" Mayra Jovic held true to form winning both the WSC singles title and doubles title with partner Izabel Nazdracheva.

In the final, championship round, Jovic defeated Glendale's Amy Shigenaga, 6-0, 6-0.  

Jovic's dominance of the WSC field was not limited to the final round as throughout the entire WSC championships she lost only 5 games in 5 matches.  Jovic and Nazdracheva were equally impressive as they won the double title winning every match in straight sets and never lost more than 3 games in a set.Going into the CCCAA Regional/State Championships to be held at Ojai from April 23-26, 2015. 

Jovic is a strong contender to win both the singles and the doubles state championships with Nazdracheva.
