Nicole West Wins WSC Tennis Title Again

Nicole West, a sophomore at Santa Monica College, has once again proven her excellence on the tennis court by winning the Western State Conference (WSC) Singles Championship for the second year in a row. She defeated her opponent in the final round with a convincing score of 6-2, 6-1 on April 4, 2023.

West's next challenge will be the State Championships, which will take place in Ventura and Ojai from April 27 to 30, 2023. She said she is looking forward to competing with the best players in the state and representing SMC. "I'm excited and ready for the State Championships. I know it will be tough, but I'm confident in my skills and abilities. I want to make SMC proud," she said.
