It may have seem like a lifetime ago when Santa Monica College's women's volleyball last had a winning record in 2005.
 
George W. Bush was president, MySpace was the biggest thing on social media, and most of the current players on the roster were in their early years of elementary school.
 
Yet this season head coach Nicole Ryan believes that her team has the talent and mindset to get back to their old winning ways.
