The Santa Monica College Women's Volleyball Team, beat Santa Barbara City College, yesterday, September 20th, 2023 in five sets. SBCC won the first set 25-19, and SMC came back winning the next two sets. In the 4th set, The Vaqueros took control and won 25-15. The 5th set was very close and SBCC was up 8-6. After switching sides The Corsairs managed to step up and win the set 15-12.

The win yesterday was SMC's 8th win of the season. the women's team beat LA Mission (twice), Fullerton, SD Miramar, LA Harbor, Cuyamaca, and Rio Hondo. The women's have 4 losses as well when they fell to OCC, Ventura, SD Mesa, and Mt. SAC.

With the Win yesterday, the Corsairs kept a 5-0 perfect record at home.
