The Santa Monica College Men's Soccer team traveled to Antelope Valley College for their last non-conference contest of the 2019 season and defeated Antelope Valley College 2-1. Santa Monica trailed early as Antelope Valley scored first. SMC tied the match in the 65th minute on an unassisted goal from Ryoto Maeda. The Corsairs took the lead when Angel Rivas scored in the 81st minute. The second goal was assisted by Kevin Bardales and Sean McDonnell.
The Corsairs begin conference play at home Tuesday October 15th at 1pm vs. LA Mission College.
