Three Sweeps Hat-Trick

The Men's Volleyball Team is making headlines with a run of three consecutive 3-0 victories, showcasing their dominance on the court last night in an away game against Antelope Valley. Prior to that, the men hosted Pierce College and Santiago Canyon, beating both teams by the same score.

The versatility of Jason Walmer has been a game-changer for the Corsairs. Typically known for his setting, Walmer seamlessly transitioned into the libero position against Santiago Canyon, demonstrating his adaptability. His ability to control the backcourt and facilitate smooth transitions has been instrumental in the Corsairs' successes.

Resting Nate Kramer in the last three matches proved to be a strategic masterstroke for the team. Alen Petraev has emerged as a versatile and dynamic presence for the Corsairs, excelling in multiple positions including the right side, outside, and middle. His all-around skills provide depth to the roster and keep opposing defenses on their toes. Zach Fuentes has been a standout performer on the outside, showcasing his athleticism and power with thunderous spikes and solid defense.
