Rising to the Challenge: Men's Volleyball Team Prepares

The Santa Monica College men's volleyball team is gearing up for the spring season, preparing for some significant matches. They have been working hard during the off-season, focusing on enhancing their skills and strategies to perform well in the upcoming games. Some of the interesting roster members are Derek Bradford, OH transfer from Hawaii University, Jason Walmer Setter from Mira Costa, Alen Petraev MB from Israel, Peter Droog MB from Chino Hills, and Nathan Kramer from Ultimate Club, Chicago.

The team's first challenge is scheduled for this Saturday, November 11, against Vanguard University, NAIA National Champions. The players have been putting in extra effort to ensure they are at their best and are enthusiastic about showcasing their abilities on the court.

In December, they have a match lined up with The Masters University, and in January, they will face off against Vassar College. All matches are expected to be challenging, but the team remains motivated and is collaborating to be well-prepared for the tough competition.

The players have been working as a cohesive team, supporting each other and pushing themselves during their training sessions. With their sights set on success, the Santa Monica College men's volleyball team is looking forward to giving their all and making this season a memorable one.
