What is your coaching philosophy?  

Running my program at SMC goes way beyond the soccer field. It speaks more toward building a culture of being good human beings and citizens within the community and world of collegiate athletics. This environment will encourage teamwork, growth and improvement for the team as a whole and the individuals within the organization. This means representing the school, the Athletic Department, and the Soccer program with class, hard work, and character at all times. We are building individuals who carry out these values on the field, in the classroom, as well as in the community. 

What type of athletes are you seeking?  

Soccer players who are interested in playing at SMC need to be technically sound and have a tactical understanding of soccer. If they have that then I need to figure out if they want to be more than just soccer players and potentially become student-athletes on the men's soccer team.
